Trudy Knoepke-Campbell Director of Talent Acquisition, Cancer Treatment Centers of America | Currently, Trudy Knoepke-Campbell is the Director of Talent Acquisition for Cancer Treatment Centers of America, with corporate headquarters located in Schaumburg, IL. CTCA is one of the fastest-growing networks of cancer hospitals in the country with regional facilities offering the most sophisticated forms of oncology treatment, combined with compliment therapies that support the entire person. In this role, Ms Knoepke-Campbell will be responsible for developing a recruitment function to encompass recruitment branding and marketing, sourcing and CRM, recruitment processes, screening & selection, recruitment data & metrics, on-boarding and retention, customer satisfaction, workforce analysis & forecasting and workforce development.
Prior to CTCA, Ms. Knoepke-Campbell was the Director of National Recruitment for MinuteClinic, the pioneer and leader in the retail health care industry, and a subsidiary of CVS. She was responsible for development of the recruitment brand, marketing tactics, sourcing and selection, and recruitment processes to fill the organizational needs for nurse practitioners and/or physician assistant. Ms Knoepke-Campbell was also the Director of Workforce Planning with HealthEast Care System in St Paul MN for eight years. During that time, she created and evolved the workforce planning function into a department that received national attention for it’s focus on promoting a new culture around recruitment and retention, introducing demographics and data analysis and implementing a workforce analytical and forecasting model.
Ms Knoepke-Campbell’s background also includes experience as Director of Human Resources as well as extensive compensation and benefits experience. Her industry background includes healthcare, retail, restaurant, and the services industry with organizations such as Allina Health System, Perkins Restaurants, Ceridian Employer Services and ITT.
She has also been highlighted four times in the “ERE Daily” of the Electronic Recruitment Exchange”, been featured in the “Wall Street Journal” and the “Journal of Corporate Recruiting Leadership”. In addition, Ms Knoepke-Campbell has served as a local and national speaker as well as the conference chairperson for two ERE Expos.

Craig Silverman Partner and VP Sales & Marketing Albin Engineering | Craig Silverman recently joined Albin Engineering, an innovative technology services and staffing solutions provider, in Santa Clara, CA as a partner and Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining Albin Engineering, Craig was the COO a Healthcare recruiting firm where he was responsible for Sales, Marketing, Franchise Development & Support, and Training, before that Craig was the EVP, Sales & Marketing for HireAbility.com from 2004 - 2008 where he built a new model for the recruiting industry by banding together a social network of independent recruiters and staffing agencies. He continues to be engaged with HireAbility as a Chairman of the Advisory Board. From 2002-2004, he was the Senior Vice President for TMP/Hudson Global Resources (HHGP) where he was responsible for their $90M U.S. IT Services business. From 1996–2001, Craig was with Hall Kinion as Executive Vice President and CMO. He was successful in growing the Hall Kinion recruiting business from annual revenues of $30M to $296M while opening 40 new sales offices, and hiring 400 recruiters.
Craig's professional sales and sales management career spans 19 years. During this time he has amassed substantial experience in building sales teams, marketing, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, public relations, recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating. Craig is considered to be an expert on the job market, staffing industry & recruiting trends, leadership, and sales management. He is frequent keynote speaker and has been often quoted by the press in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, San Francisco Chronicle, and Staffing Industry Report. Craig attended the University of Texas at Austin and in 2000 completed the OPM/Key Executive Program at Harvard Business School.

Amitai Givertz
| Ami has over 25 years experience in business. The majority that time has been spent in the talent management space where Ami has held a number of leadership positions. For close to ten years Ami was a driving force behind the sales and marketing efforts for RCI Recruitment Solutions. In his role as Senior VP for Business Development Ami's responsibilities included leading the recruitment communications and media sales efforts as well as championing a number of product innovations for print and digital media, and recruitment technology and practice. During that time Ami was involved in a number of strategic initiatives. Those ranged from alliance-building to running the RCI Center of Excellence, developing recruiter training programs, and delivering RPO projects.
Since 2007 Ami has returned to his roots in sales force development, training and recruiting. His boutique firm AMG Management Advisors supports a handful of clients who rely on his unique of brand of "disruption" to help them develop their businesses. Ami continues to pursue his integrated interests in product development, recruiter training and things 2.0. He writes daily for a number of online publications that examine recruiting, business and innovation. He is the Editor of RecruitingBlogs.com and the publisher of several blogs. As an advisor, Ami was a founding member of the Advisory Board for Kennedy Information's Recruiting Trends, a member of the Human Capital Institute’s Expert Advisor Panel [Internet Recruiting 2.0] and co-founder of the Cloud Recruiting Think Tank.
A native of the UK, Ami now lives in Jupiter, Florida with his wife and two youngest daughters.

He has been quoted in Forbes, Fortune, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, the Washington Post, most national newspapers, hundreds of websites and in over 50 books on HR related subjects.

The current project involves helping HR vendors use regional demographic information to increase sales traction during the downturn.
