In Improved Experience surveys we collect information that you voluntarily choose to provide to us.  Sometimes this information is in the form of demographic descriptors, which you may select and change according to your preferences, or choose not to disclose at all. 

In every survey we ask for your opinions about questions or topics that are relevant to our client.  In this context we collect two types of information: quantitative responses, or your indication of satisfaction on a set numeric scale; and qualitative responses, or open text comments.  Your responses are aggregated with those of all other survey takers before our client can view the results.

How do we use the information?
